Plain and short

Privacy & order terms

This is a short summary of how we handle your details and your orders. It is not a full legal contract – if anything is unclear, just ask us.

Who we are

Deli-icious! Catering, 9 Mc Farlane Street, Fichardt Park, Bloemfontein, 9301. WhatsApp/phone 065 837 8281, email [email protected]. Our chilli sauce brand Vrystaat Somer has its own order terms.

Your personal information (POPIA)

• We only ask for what we need to quote and cater your event: your name, contact details, date, venue and guest numbers.
• We use it only to reply to you, prepare your quote and deliver your order. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.
• This website does not use advertising trackers. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see which pages are useful.
• You may ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it – contact us on the details above.

Quotes & bookings

• Prices on this website and in our pricelists can change; your written quote confirms the final price and what is included.
• A booking is only confirmed once we have confirmed it to you in writing (WhatsApp or email).
• Terms and conditions apply to specials and packages – ask us for the details of your quote.

Questions or complaints

Contact us first – we'll gladly help. You can also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa about privacy matters.
